Dinner menu Peppermill

"Nice to meat you! In our newest restaurant Peppermill we travel to America with dishes like Mac & Cheese, Barbecue Short Ribs, Ribeye Roast Steak and Grilled Sea Bream. And then those desserts: Triple Chocolate Cake, Cookie Dough Coupe and American Pancakes. Delicious food here is just "a piece of cake"!

V means that the dish is vegetarian possible.

Starters

  • Bloody Mary Soup (V): Spicy tomato soup with vodka and celery
  • Sweet Potato Soup (V): Soup of sweet potato with finely chopped peppers
  • Caesar Salad Fried Chicken Strips (V): Romaine lettuce with egg, breaded chicken, croutons, Parmesan and anchovy mayonnaise
  • Chilli Riviera Prawns: Spicy garlic shrimp served with bread
  • Buffalo Wings: Fried chicken wings glazed with honey barbecue sauce
  • Bagel Cream Cheese (V): Bagel served with cream cheese and fresh garden herbs
  • Meatloaf: Meatloaf with bacon served with a tomato dip

Main courses

  • Peppermill beef burger (V): 200 gram burger with bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickle and burger relish
  • Southern fried chicken strips: Breaded chicken with sweet & sour sauce
  • Mac & Cheese (V): Macaroni with melted cheese
    American Pulled pork: Big round with pulled pork, red cabbage and barbecue sauce
  • Peppermill Ribeye: Ribeye with herb butter
  • Texas Ribs: Sweet and spicy marinated spare ribs.
  • Red snapper: Red snapper filet cooked in the oven served with lemon butter sauce

All main courses are served with fries and American Coleslaw

  • American Pancake: Pancakes served with forest fruit compote
  • Mini spare ribs: Spare ribs served with fries
  • Breaded chicken tenderloin: Chicken tenderloin served with fries

Desserts

  • Triple Chocolate Cake: Rijke chocoladetaart geserveerd met chocoladesaus en slagroom
  • Strawberry Sorbet: Aardbeien roomijs, vanille-ijs met aardbeientopping en slagroom
  • Cookie Dough Coupe: Caramel roomijs, vanille-ijs met cookie dough topping en slagroom
  • Funky Donut: Geglaceerde donut geserveerd met vanille-ijs
  • American Pancakes: Pannenkoeken met bosvruchtencompote en een bol vanille-ijs
Kinderdesserts
  • Kinderijs coupe 1 bol vanille-ijs en 1 bol aardbeien-ijs geserveerd met slagroom in een Preston beker. De beker mag mee naar huis!
  • Kinderdonuts: Kleurrijke donuts
