Are there any rooms for disabled persons?

Preston Palace has 8 disabled rooms (type Classic). There are 2-person and 4-person disabled rooms. These rooms have wide doors (95cm) so you can easily enter in a wheelchair. The shower is spacious and barrier-free. The toilet has grab rails. There is a support bar along the shower wall and a shower chair. The washbasin is lowered so you can reach it with a wheelchair, and the mirror can be tilted. The light switches on and off automatically. The double beds are 60 cm high. Any accessories can be ordered via home care. When booking, you should indicate that you wish to make use of a disabled room. Disabled rooms can only be booked by telephone on 0546-542121. We have 2-person (with box spring) and 4-person (with box spring and bunk bed) disabled hotel rooms. Which hotel room you are allocated to depends on availability.

Preston Palace is wheelchair-friendly; the entire building is virtually barrier-free. Disabled toilets are available in both the entertainment centre and the swimming pool.
