What are the payment terms and conditions at Preston Palace?

The payment terms and conditions are as follows:

You book by phone, via chat or via email (€11,50 reservation costs for hotel stays):
Hotel stay

• 0-10 days: 100% payment immediately.
• 11-42 days: pay 100% 10 days before arrival.
• 43 days or later: pay 25% within 8 days and the remaining 75% four weeks before arrival.

Day or evening out

• 0-10 days: pay 100% immediately.
• 11 days or later: pay 100% 10 days before arrival.

If you book via the website (no reservation costs):
Hotel stay

• 0-42 days: pay 100% immediately.
• 43 days or later: Choice of 
  - Pay 100% directly or 
  - Pay 25% directly and pay the remaining 75% four weeks before arrival. (This is only possible if you choose spread payment and costs €9,90).

Day or evening out
Pay 100% immediately.
