Classic Comfort hotel rooms fully renovated

Great news at Preston Palace: the renovation of all former Classic hotel rooms has been completed. These rooms have been fully transformed into the new Classic Comfort type.

The updates include a modern bathroom, comfortable beds with new toppers and mattresses, and a stylish new interior. The Classic Comfort hotel room is available with or without a balcony. Throughout the entire process, the comfort and well-being of our guests were always our top priority.

Thanks to the excellent collaboration between our internal departments and external partners, these upgrades have been carried out efficiently and with great care. A remarkable achievement within our 24/7 operation, where we proudly maintain an average room occupancy of 96%.

And we are not stopping here: the renovation of our Royal rooms and Suites is already in full swing, giving them the same fresh update. This way, our All-in Family Resort continues to innovate and improve, always with a focus on sustainability and guest satisfaction.
