1 DEFINITIONS:

3 COVERED EVENTS

4 FIDUCIARY

5 OBLIGATION OF INSURED PERSONS

The insured persons are obliged:

- to inform Preston Palace within 3 x 24 hours of an event as described in article 3

6 EXCLUSIONS

There is no entitlement to compensation if;

a at the time when the insurance was taken out, the circumstances were already such that cancellation

b the damage is caused by or has arisen from armed conflict, civil war, uprising
foreign disturbances, riots or mutiny;
c the damage is caused by or related to nuclear reactions, irrespective of how and where the reaction
originated, other than during a medical treatment applied to an insured;
d an insured has not complied with any obligations arising from these conditions.

7 INDEMNITY PAYMENT

Preston Palace is entitled to pay out any damage to the policyholder. If benefits
made in connection with claims of another insured person, the policyholder shall be regarded as the co-representative of the co-insured person.
