Amuse

Cold starters

  • Ensalada de Salmón
    Smoked salmon served with a fresh avocado salad
  • Carpaccio Mexicano
    Thinly sliced smoked beef tenderloin served with pecans and grilled Padrón mayonnaise
  • Tortilla de Queso de Cabra (V)
    Tortilla filled with goat cheese, agave syrup, and Pico de Gallo, served with a salad

Warm starters

  • Filete de Taco
    Crispy tortilla served with duck, pineapple salsa, and lettuce
  • Sandía a la Parrilla con Feta y Maíz (V)
    Grilled watermelon with chili-lime dressing, feta, and roasted corn
  • Camarones Fritos
    Fried prawns served with mango-habanero salsa and mixed lettuce

Soups

Main courses

  • Filete de Lomo
    Beef Wellington Mexican style: grilled tenderloin with spicy red wine jus, Mexican-marinated mushrooms, and Iberico
  • Entrecote Añejo Seco
    Grilled entrecote from the dry-aged cabinet* served with Padrón pepper sauce
  • Mezclado Parrilla
    Mixed grill of beef picanha, beef back ribs, and chicken thigh fillet, served with chimichurri
  • Muslo de Pavo al Chipotle con Arroz Mexicano
    Roasted turkey leg served with chipotle sauce and Mexican rice
  • Bacalao
    Oven-baked cod served with chorizo, cassava, and garlic-lime marinade
  • Burrito (V)
    Burrito filled with vegetarian minced meat and mixed beans

All main courses are served with garnish.

* Dry aged
Just like red wine, meat improves with aging. In dry aging, the meat is aged for a minimum of 21 days on the bone in a special cabinet, allowing moisture to evaporate and the muscle tissue to be broken down by natural enzymes, resulting in a concentrated flavor and delightful tenderness.
